Order Request Form

This form will guide you through the process of designing and ordering your own personalized custom cake/cupcakes! However, please note that the following form is to REQUEST a cake, as we are unfortunately not able to accept every order. We will be sure to contact you if we can fit our order into our schedule!

*Also, our cakes/cupcakes are made 100% COMPLETELY from scratch/homemade!*

**For pricing, we have included the amount for base-prices & add-ons for different cakes/cupcakes to give an accurate final estimate, but we will be sure to check with you first if there are any changes to these prices that you should be aware of. However, prices of wedding cakes will be individually calculated.

***As a side note, please also know for the form that if you select a cake with fruit-flavored cake or frosting, (or both) then it is +$5 (However, this is separate from the addition of a fruit filling between cake layers)
